Multichannel approach
Increase your chances of reaching your patients. Zeker in het geval van dringende facturatie zijn contactgegevens vaak een heikel punt. Zo worden adressen bv. vaak onvolledig of fout doorgegeven aan de facturatieafdeling. Risolto zet in op een multikanale aanpak: we contacteren niet enkel op adres, maar nemen ook via telefoon, sms of mail contact op met de debiteur.

Het opmaken van de factuur gaat makkelijker en de opvolging is bijzonder handig.
Scenario 1
Risolto genereert uw factuur en zorgt voor de opvolging ervan.
In het eerste scenario werkt u voor dringend ziekenvervoer enkel met Ambureg. Risolto Platform synchroniseert met Ambureg voor het oppikken van de vervoersprestaties en verpakt deze met het bijhorend tarief tot een factuur. De factuur wordt in een gestandaardiseerd UBL-formaat afgeleverd aan uw boekhouder of boekhoudpakket.
Risolto zorgt voor de integrale handling van uw factuur: Verzending (via post of email), opvolging, herinneringen, SMS, betaallinks, betaalplannen, … U beheert de volledige opvolging via Risolto Platform en kiest zelf wat u al dan niet automatisch laat gebeuren.
Indien een factuur niet betaald wordt, zorgt Risolto ook automatisch voor het indienen van het formulier bij het Fonds Dringende Hulpverlening, samen met de vereiste scan van de aangetekende zending.
Scenario 2
Risolto zorgt voor de opvolging van uw factuur vanuit uw bestaande software.
In het tweede scenario werkt u voor dringend hulpvervoer reeds met bestaande software, zoals een bijvoorbeeld een combinatie van Ambuweb / Ambit. Dan voldoet u aan de Ambureg verplichtingen via Ambuweb en wordt de data verrijkt en verpakt in een factuur dankzij Ambit.
Risolto koppelt met uw gebruikte software en zorgt voor de integrale handling van uw factuur: Verzending (via post of email), opvolging, herinneringen, SMS, betaallinks, betaalplannen, … U beheert de volledige opvolging via Risolto Platform en kiest zelf wat u al dan niet automatisch laat gebeuren.
