Sales Manager
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager with strategic vision, strong in building strategic relationships and with proven people management skills.

- As sales manager, you will be responsible for deepening and developing the sales strategy.
- You monitor your team and determine your action points together with them. You guarantee the achievement of commercial targets and the expansion of the customer portfolio.
- Leading by example is a great motto for you and so you have a hands-on approach and also provide a nice share of our turnover yourself.
- Through your close monitoring of market trends and regular coordination with the development team, you ensure a customer-driven development path.
- You coach your team, monitor their performance and report on results
Who is Risolto?
Risolto is an innovative Ghent-based fintech company that unburdens businesses and organisations from invoice to amicable and judicial collection. The Risolto SAAS Platform offers companies and organisations a state-of-the-art tool for sending and following up invoices fully automatically. Communications always take place on behalf of the customer and via the recipient's preferred channel.
Modern but necessary features such as online payments, QR codes, direct debits and CODA file tracking are seamlessly integrated to provide a modern customer experience. After sending, the platform follows up payments fully automatically. Based on click and payment behaviour, the platform's AI algorithm chooses the most efficient reminder action.
Does the whole route still not lead to the hoped-for result? Then the Collect+ route starts. Via the platform, the collection is entrusted to one of our bailiffs. Thanks to the sophisticated data link, your file remains continuously updated even in this phase, without human intervention and without worries.
Who are we looking for?
- You communicate fluently and skillfully in Dutch and French.
- You already have a great track record as a Sales Manager and therefore extensive experience in coaching and managing a team
- You combine a long-term strategic vision with a hands-on approach.
- Professionalising, structuring and organising gives you energy.
- Enthusiasm, drive and sense of responsibility are part of your personality.
