Risolto and Vlaio are putting their shoulders to the wheel in PAPA Risolto, through which local governments, schools, childcare, care and aid organisations are joining hands for a fairer, more empathetic and efficient succession policy.We are shifting the focus from curative action to preventive counselling.

Based on communication and payment behaviour, we create hyper-personalised follow-up and guidance citizens. We combine the strengths of Risolto: automated action based on insight, with the strengths of local governments: broad knowledge and experience in proprietary processes.

In this way, we activate citizens and prevent vulnerable families from sliding further towards poverty.
