DSO?

DSO stands for Days Sales Outstanding and expresses the average amount of days it takes to get an invoice paid. It quite literally expresses the amount of daysit takes to receive payment for a performed service or delivered product. The lower the DSO, the better 

For your (financial) team

We support your team with three important features.  

Risolto implements intelligent automation in order to minimalize repetitive tasks. The final choice and control however rests firmly with the user. Risolto Platform offers custom communications for your clients, which include next-best-actions, different templates with a personalised tone-of voice. Risolto also executes these communications (after approval by the user).  

It's possible to automate actions, such as a first reminder by e-mail followed by a text message with a payment link. Calls, personal e-mails and other communications that require a special touch are left to you or your team. This allows you to connect with your client on a more personal level, while gaining time & keeping your communications high quality. 

Risolto also uses events to create time gain. These can be external or internal events.  

Internal Events

Internal events are triggered from within the software itself. For examplee: Risolto notices a customer always pays on the day of the third reminder. The Platform will suggest sending the third reminder sooner, which will trigger an earlier payment.

External events

External events are triggered by information from outside the platform. Schools can use the end of the school year to send a payment reminder to parents for unpaid invoices. Restaurant owners have more funds available after a sunny weekend, and so assumably they'll pay quicker.

This intelligent automation & events are supported by a strong layer of artificial intelligence. The knowledge of our AI is nog only based on databases such as Graydon, but also gathers information from both our other clients and specifically: yours. Our AI learns on the level of your company and on the level of your clients.
